In the SSB TechTalks Webinar: Innovations in Control Cabinet Construction 2021, Komax presents two innovative solutions that lead to time savings, starting with a batch size of one.
Komax is consistently working to automate manual activities in control cabinet construction step by step. In this webinar we will present two solutions at once. Using photos or drawings of a control cabinet, our Digital Lean Wiring software generates complete manufacturing data, including wire lengths per connection. The data can be loaded onto wire processing machines, which produce the wires ready for assembly. Our Tube Marking Module writes the connection information onto a tube and automatically pushes this onto the wire to be produced. This marking technology increases the contrast of the text and greatly improves readability. In our presentation, you will learn how the solutions work and why they are worthwhile even from a batch size of one.
