Komax with the Zeta 620 at “all about automation”

The all about automation trade fair is coming to Switzerland for the first time. Komax will be there with its latest automation solutions for control cabinet manufacturers.
Wiring wastes the most time during control cabinet construction. It takes up around half of the production time. With our automation solutions, this effort can be reduced by up to 80%. We will be presenting both essential elements live at our booth.
The new Zeta 620 produces entire wire sets fully automatically, sorts and labels the wires ready for assembly and thus enables cost-effective just-in-time production from batch size 1.
Our simple and flexible DLW (Digital Lean Wiring) software significantly reduces the effort required for data processing and wire routing.
The solutions presented are designed for the budget of small and medium-sized control cabinet manufacturers, who still produce many items by hand. Now they will have the opportunity to compete with larger suppliers in terms of price and quality.
