Board of Directors to propose election of Dr. Andreas Häberli as new member at AGM on 12 May 2017.
Having formulated the 2017–2021 strategy, the Board of Directors of Komax Holding AG has decided to strengthen its existing competencies in the area of digital transformation. It is therefore proposing that the Annual General Meeting elect Dr. Andreas Häberli as a new Board member. The remaining five members of the Board of Directors are all standing for re-election.
Dr. Andreas Häberli was born in 1968 and holds a Master’s degree in electrical engineering from ETH Zurich. He then went on to obtain a PhD (Dr. sc. tech.) at ETH Zurich’s Laboratory for Physical Electronics. After working for two years as a chip design engineer at Invox Technology in the USA, he transferred to the executive management team at Sensirion AG in Stäfa.
Since 2003, Dr. Andreas Häberli has worked in various management roles at the dormakaba Group (formerly Kaba Group), where he has been Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and a member of the Executive Committee since 2011. In this role he is responsible among other things for elaborating the dormakaba Group’s digital strategy and for the digital transformation within the Group.
