With our Zeta 620 and DLW’s data preparation software, even small and medium-sized control cabinet manufacturers can now automate their production and keep up with larger suppliers. You can experience this at our exhibition booth 234 in hall B2.
Even small and medium-sized control cabinet manufacturers want to automate their wiring because they know that this task occupies about half of total production time. It is precisely for these companies that Komax has developed the Zeta 620, which produces complete wire sets fully automatically and thus enables economical just-in-time production starting with a batch size of 1. It is the "flagship" of our booth, and is equipped for inkjet printing and two excellent modules for tube marking and sequential processing of five different ferrules on strap with a trapezoidal crimp design.
For control cabinet manufacturers, efficient preparation of production data is also a crucial step on the path to automation. The DLW (Digital Lean Wiring) software also on display in our booth provides effective and practical support that allows qualified personnel to perform this demanding task starting with a batch size of 1.
