Coating/dispensing platform: Alpha 6
The dosing cell that can integrate into lines. Alpha 6, the innovative and compact processing platform for a wide range of coating and dosing applications. The system's ease of use and high flexibility sets it apart for a wide range of demands. All relevant processes can be mapped through upstream and downstream systems, including: loading, UV curing systems, and unloaders.
Mixing and dosing system: 2-K-DOS touch
The 2-K-DOS Touch mixer and proportioner quickly and precisely mixes and dispenses 2-component casting compounds and adhesives on a basis of polyurethane, epoxy, and silicone. With its modular design and multiple interfaces, the instrument can be adapted to a wide range of applications. Operation is simple and menu-guided with a touch panel.
Mixing and dosing system: 2-K MICRO-DOS
The 2-K-MICRO-DOS mixer and proportioner quickly and precisely mixes and doses 2-component polyurethane, epoxy and silicone-based grouts and adhesives in very small quantities, at an order of magnitude of 10 mg. With its modular design and multiple interfaces, the instrument can be adapted to a wide range of applications. Operation is simple and menu-guided with a touch panel.
Dosing system: HOBBO-DOS
HOBBO-DOS is a device that transfers the two components A and B from the two containers on the floor – HOBBOK – directly into the 2-K-DOS mixer and proportioner.
