Where We Are

Tour planning is organized by region. We will begin in North Rhine-Westphalia in September 2026, followed by visits to Northern Germany, Eastern Germany, and Bavaria. Baden-Württemberg is scheduled for the Advent season of 2026.

We will keep you informed about our planned route and the cities we will be visiting, and we will coordinate all logistical details with you well in advance to ensure a smooth and successful visit.

Good To Know

Why Should I Apply to Host the Roadshow?

Cable processing machines from the Komax Group will come directly to your location aboard our Roadshow Truck. Your employees will have the opportunity to experience the machines live and try them out firsthand. The event is particularly relevant for employees from Purchasing, Production, and Process Engineering.

When Do I Need to Apply?

The tour is organized by region. We will start in North Rhine-Westphalia in September 2026, followed by Northern Germany, Eastern Germany, and Bavaria. Baden-Württemberg is scheduled for the Advent season of 2026.

We will keep you informed about the cities and locations we will be visiting and will coordinate all organizational details with you well in advance.

How Large Is the Truck?

Recommended space:
Minimum 10.0 m × 5.0 m × 3.5 m (L × W × H)

Surface requirements:
Asphalt, paving stones, or concrete surface suitable for a vehicle weight of 3.5 tonnes distributed across two axles. A level or nearly level surface is required.

Are Power or Other Connections Required?

The truck is equipped with cable processing machines that we will demonstrate live during the event. For operation, we require the following:

• 1 × 230 V / 16 A main connection (required). ⁠Maximum cable length: 33.0 m

• Wi-Fi access (if available)

Further technical requirements can be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Where Should the Truck Be Parked?

Ideally, the truck should be parked in an easily accessible area away from active factory traffic. Depending on the weather conditions, a location with some form of shelter may also be beneficial.

We will be pleased to discuss the details with you during a personal consultation.

Will Catering Be Available?

Our team will bring light refreshments and snacks. We will take care of both the setup and the disposal of any waste generated during the event.

We would greatly appreciate your permission to take photographs at your location and to grant us the rights to publish these images as part of our Roadshow communications.
