⁠The long-standing success of the Komax Group is based on elements such as trust, integrity and respect. The Code of Conduct sets the framework for these principles and ensures that the company always operates in accordance with the highest ethical standards. It provides guidance and clarity in regard to expectations and commitments, both internally and externally, and helps put the ethical principles into practice. The Code of Conduct is much more than a set of rules; it reflects the shared values and beliefs of the Komax Group and serves as a compass for the daily actions of all employees.

In order to maintain its leading position in a challenging environment, the Komax Group is committed to the highest standards of integrity, accountability, sustainability, and transparency. These are anchored in the Code of Conduct, which is available in 14 languages. All employees undergo annual training on the rules of conduct.


Reporting Integrity Concerns

There is a wide range of internal and external ways to report concerns (anonymously). Contact persons include line managers, Human Resources Business Partners, Group Legal & Compliance, the CEO and the Board of Directors. In addition, both employees and external persons (suppliers, business partners, customers, etc.) can contact the independent, external whistleblowing office by e-mail (codeofconduct@ssrlaw.ch).

The Komax Group takes every concern seriously and handles allegations with the necessary confidentiality. It strives for a corporate culture in which all concerns regarding potential violations of the Code of Conduct can be raised freely and in good faith, without fear of retaliation or other adverse action.
