Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR
Daniel Hirschi, member of the Board of Directors of Komax Holding AG since 2005 and Vice-Chairman since 2014, will not be standing for re-election at the 2019 Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors will propose at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 16 April 2019 that Dr. Mariel Hoch be elected as a new Board member.
The Board of Directors of Komax Holding AG is proposing that Dr. Mariel Hoch be elected as a new member of the Board to replace Daniel Hirschi. The remaining five Board members are all standing for re-election at the 2019 Annual General Meeting.
Dr. Mariel Hoch obtained a PhD (Dr. iur.) from the University of Zurich and was admitted to the Zurich Bar in 2005. She has been with law firm Bär & Karrer AG in Zurich since 2002, and became a Partner in 2012. Dr. Mariel Hoch specializes in M&A transactions and advises listed companies on corporate and regulatory matters. She sits on the Boards of Directors of SIG Combibloc Group AG (since 2018), Comet Holding AG (since 2016) and MEXAB AG (since 2014).
