The QpLite is a Basic-plus crimp force monitoring device that can be used with benchtop crimping presses. The device monitors the crimp quality through the crimp force curves collected from each crimp.

Perfect options available

The QpLite with its ethernet network adapter is fully compatible with other quality tools. The following options fit perfectly, but are not included in the QpLite product:

Material verification with barcode scanner

Material verification including operator, machine, applicator, wire(s), terminals, seals etc.

  • Scanned data will be compared with QpNet database (optional).
  • Process will be blocked if materials are not in conformity to specs.

Connectivity to quality station

  • Ethernet communication between QpLite to quality station(s) such as Qstat 100.
  • Guided quality validation including crimp height, crimp width and pull force measurement.
  • Quality validation data is automatically saved into database with job information.

Network capability with QpNet

  • Article database for material verification and quality validation.
  • Realtime machine status monitoring and data logging.
