The resume of the first WirePro Expo in Tunisia is positive: six hundred and fifty visitors and over one hundred customers used the three days of the trade fair to learn about new solutions and innovations from the experts of the Komax Group. These included the new Sigma 588 twister wire processing machine, that
enables fully automated, high-performance production and output of twisted cables, including crimping, sealing, and intelligent wire shifting for any open-end configuration. And also the complete high-voltage value chain for electric vehicles with sixteen networked machines, which customers were able to experience live for the first time on Tunisian soil, left visitors satisfied.
Imed Guesmi, Managing Director North Africa and together with Komax Tunisia organizer of the event, is satisfied: “The WirePro Expo attracted numerous existing customers as well as many new contacts and interested parties.” Which is not surprising, as Tunisia is one of the three largest automotive suppliers in Africa and has established itself as an attractive location for international companies. Thanks to the presence of eighty Komax Group specialists and experts from numerous sites, visitors were guaranteed comprehensive advice. “And the expert presentations, which took place on every day of the trade show and were very well attended, provided concrete solutions in the areas of higher automation, quality solutions and high voltage.”
