Zeta 633 L – Fully automatic crimping machine

The Zeta 633 L expands the range of use of the Zeta systems substantially. Further new system combinations are now possible, opening the way to flexible solutions that can be geared even more closely to customers’ individual needs. With the additional processing stations, the operator can reduce the required material changeovers and interruptions in production to a minimum. Many applications can now be produced without an additional extension, cutting investment expenses dramatically.

Like the Zeta 633, the Zeta 633 L is used as a highly flexible fully automatic crimping machine for just-in-time production. With its flexible machine concept, the Zeta 633 L creates an almost unlimited number of possibilities for handling small jobs or wire sequences.The Zeta 633 L can now accommodate up to eight crimping presses, eight seal modules or twelve end-sleeve modules, making it an even more flexible solution geared precisely to customers’ needs.
The Zeta 633 L is an ideal all-purpose system whether as a basic machine for the block loaders Zeta 651, Zeta 655 and Zeta 656 or for systems with an extension.
In many cases, the use of the Zeta 633 L can eliminate the need for an additional extension and reduce the investment expenses considerably. All existing options for the Zeta 633 are also available without restriction to the Zeta 633 L.
