Xcell X2
Introduction
The Xcell X2 represents a revolutionary step in our ongoing machine development.
Characterized by its compact footprint and full access gull wing doors the Xcell X2 uses robotic solar
cell handling to reduce handoffs and minimize breakage. Additionally great consideration was given to
throughput, cycle time, temperature control, and increasing the user friendly aspects of the machine.
Key features:
- Compact foot print of approximately 11m2
- Increased throughput to twice that of our previous machine
- Only one handoff of the solar cell before preheating
- Convenient operator height for both the overall machine and ribbon stations
- Gull wing doors providing safety and increased machine access without sacrificing convenience
