IDC processing – even in small volumes

Introduction

With the new Komax IDC 9600 MS processing system you can produce jumper and hybrid harnesses with loops and crossings on a single machine. Processing can be performed regardless of connector make, pitch or crimp contact. And it is extremely cost-effective, even when small quantities are involved.

The IDC 9600 MS is based on the tried and tested Komax techno-logies and has a modular design. As a result, it is highly flexible, easy to retrofit or upgrade, quick to adapt to new applications while assuring short delivery times and optimum utilization of capacity.

Using a pallet transfer system, the connectors are fixed in place on tool carriers and transported to the processing stations. This means the connector sides can be approached individually, allowing a variety of applications to be processed.
