Wire End Ferrule Module AEH-G

The AEH-G and AEH-L ferrule modules allow you to process taped or bulk ferrules economically. Simple integration into all automatic Komax crimping machines and short changeover times are two further major advantages of these modules.

The AEH-G and AEH-L ferrule modules are flexible solutions for controlled crimping of taped or bulk ferrules on stripped conductors (i.e. end sleeves for strands). The cable is inserted effortlessly into the ferrule without damaging the individual strands. Before crimping commences, a sensor checks to make sure a sleeve is present.

Operation is simple thanks to the integration of the ferrule module in the ever-reliable TopWin user software. If you combine a Komax inkjet marker with the module, you can mark conductors with any text and numbers you wish. Perfect wire-end processing facilitates trouble-free insertion in a terminal. This step increases electrical safety in control cabinets for example.
