Introduction
With the clearly laid out TopNet management software, you can optimize your production
by centrally creating and managing parts, articles and jobs. The machine no longer has to be stopped
to create a job, so downtimes can be reduced.
Key features:
- Central creation and management of parts, articles and jobs
- Better utilization of machine capacity
- Optimization of production thanks to central data management
- Already available production data can be imported
- Elimination of paper job documents
- Ergonomic controls
Function
With TopNet you can create and manage parts and articles at a stand-alone PC.
You can then group these jobs and distribute them among your fully automatic crimping
machines. The articles being created are not tied to a single machine and can be processed on any of
the following Komax fully automatic crimping machines: Gamma 333 PC, Alpha 411, Alpha 433, Alpha 477,
Alpha 488 and Zeta 633.
User friendly
Since the articles can be created on a stand-alone PC, the machine capacity is better
utilized and the need for paper job documents is eliminated. You can also load data in TopNet in the
WPCS format.
It is easy to learn how to operate TopNet because it is very similar to TopWin.
Data such as material consumption, quality and statistical values, measured results
and error messages are stored back in a file by article or job. This means central archiving of this
data is assured. All the feedback data can be viewed at any time on TopNet.
As a result, it is very easy to monitor the entire production process.
