Service Manager

• Work closely with mechanical and software engineers
• Manage local service techs and other support personnel
• Receive and evaluate incoming calls from customers associated with dispatching service techs
• Dispatch service technicians to support global customer base for installation and field service calls
• Document machine installation, on site service at customer(s), machine repair, telephone and email support
• Ensure the highest level of customer service company-wide
• Work with Sales to supply spare parts to technicians and customers
• Submit invoicing to accounting for payment
• International travel may be required at times
• Other duties as may be assigned

• Management experience of 4+ individuals
• Above average written and verbal communications skills
• Manufacturing environment experience (automation a plus)

• Mechanical Engineering degree preferred
• Must have strong mechanical background, additional experience in electrical a plus
• At least 2-4 years in a similar position
• Must be able to multi-task and coordinate several different tasks at once
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with maintaining nd repairing machines in related or solar industry a huge benefit
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM such as SM Plus
