KomaxCAO assesses the utilization of machine capacity and provides constant information about the progress of production. A complex algorithm that distributes jobs fully automatically and continuously checks the state of production is available as an option.

The system recognizes the status of all jobs and their location and determines whether they are late and when they will probably be completed (option: Gantt diagram). The setup state and status of the machines can be seen from the work list as well the cutting performance and failure rate. The system archives all important data so if an incident occurs the company can check afterwards who was producing what, when and where.
