Screen printing machine for solar cells. Our customer-specific screen-printing machines have many strong points. Among them are careful and ultra-accurate wafer positioning, consis-tently high printing quality, and the possibility of integrating additional modules such as curing ovens, material buffers or flash testers to satisfy individual requirements. The circular arrangement of the process minimizes the problematic and time-consuming task of handling the cells, thus significantly increasing machine system throughput. |

Tabbing and stringing of solar cells. Solar cells in a wide variety of sizes and shapes with up to five contact stripsbus bars can be processed using the standard machines. Throughput is 600 cells, and on the double stringer up to 1,200 cells per hour. Despite its compact layout, the processing stations can be accessed easily and ergonomically from all sides.
